What is mobile laser tag?
We bring a full laser tag experience to your location — including equipment, setup, and staff — so you can play in your backyard, school gym, park, or event venue.
How is this different from a traditional laser tag arena?
Unlike fixed arenas, we come to you. There’s no travel, no shared public sessions, and the game is customised for your group.
Do you operate indoors or outdoors?
Both! Laser tag works great indoors and outdoors as long as there’s adequate space.
Booking & Payment
How do I book an event?
You can book online through our Book Your Event page or contact us directly. We recommend booking early for weekends and holidays.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for weekends and holidays as popular dates book up faster but we are flexible and can often accept last minute bookings if we have space available - contact us to discuss the options for your event.
What is your booking policy?
We require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your date and confirm your booking, with the balance due a week before the event. Find our full terms and conditions, including our rescheduling and cancellation policy HERE
Are there travel fees?
Travel fees are included for bookings within Auckland. We are happy to discuss options for bookings outside Auckland at additional travel charges.
Are you a registered business?
Yes! We are a registered business with a NZBN and we are also GST registered.
Space & Setup
How much space do we need?
Typically a larger open space is ideal (eg, backyard, gym/hall, park etc), but we can adapt to many spaces. Feel free to contact us with your creative ideas to see if we can make it work.
How long does setup and pack down take?
Setup usually takes 30 minutes (up to 45 minutes for larger events). Pack down is quick and efficient.
Do you provide obstacles?
Yes. For an additional set up fee, we can bring portable obstacles to create a fun battlefield setup. This is listed as 'Field Setup (Add on)' under our packages.
Events & Occasions
What types of events do you do?
Most commonly, we do birthdays, school events, corporate team building, church groups, camps, community events, holiday programmes and stag parties. We'd love to hear from you about any other events you'd like us to attend, we're always excited to do a new event.
What ages can play?
Laser tag is great for kids ages 7+, teens, young adults and adults. Younger players can join but the taggers can be harder to handle for smaller kids so some adult assistance may be required.
Do you host large group events or tournaments?
Absolutely! We can easily cater to large groups, rotating through groups of players and multi-round events.
Equipment & Gameplay
Is laser tag safe?
Yes. Our equipment uses harmless infrared light (similar to a TV remote) — no lasers, no pain.
How many players can play at once?
We can accommodate groups of most sizes. There are enough taggers available to have up to 18 players per round (9 players per team). Games can be played with just 2 people at minimum and larger groups rotate in fast-paced games.
Do you have different game modes?
Yes! Team battle, capture the flag, zombie mode, and more.
Safety & Rules
Do you provide staff/referees?
Yes. Our trained staff handle setup, instruction, game management, and pack down so you can relax and enjoy your event. Parents are expected to supervise young kids, as often they can need assistance due to the weight of the taggers.
Are there rules to keep everyone safe?
Yes — no physical contact, no climbing on obstacles, and fair play rules are enforced by staff.
What should players wear?
Comfortable clothes and covered shoes. All other gear required is provided.
Weather & Outdoor Play
What happens if it rains?
We can still operate in light rain but it is highly recommended to have a backup indoor option if you have booked an outdoor event to avoid having to postpone your event. If your event needs to be postponed because of bad weather, don’t worry — we’re happy to reschedule your booking to another available date.

Is it better to play during the day or night?
Both are fun! Night games add extra excitement, but daytime play works just as well.
